Graham Cracker Ice Cream Sandwich

Ingredients:                                               Makes 2 servings

1 cup vanilla ice cream
6 tbsp chopped pecans
2 honey graham crackers
2 tsp peanut butter (optional)

1. Mix the pecans into the ice cream.
2. Break your graham crackers in half.
3. Spread half of your mixture onto one of your graham cracker halves.
4. Put another half on top.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for other graham cracker halves.
6. Spread peanut butter on the sides if desired. (1 tsp each)

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Smoothie.

 Hi there! Here's the recipe you've all been waiting for!

Ingredients:                                                                                 Makes 8 servings.

8 ripe strawberries                                                                       Tested with small cups.
2 spoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
One 32 oz. carton of strawberry yogurt
6 tablespoons of chocolate syrup
1 1/2 cups of milk


Put the strawberries, cocoa powder, all of the yogurt, 4 tablespoons of the chocolate syrup, and the milk into the blender. Blend till it starts to get brown. Take a spoon and stir so that the chocolate won't stick. ;)   Blend some more, stopping every now and then to stir until it is all mixed in. Pulse 5 times so it isn't clumpy. Pour into cups and pour the rest of the syrup into the smoothie. Enjoy! It's good any time! ;)
